As we announced to our valued clients in mid August, ERPE has created an asset management division, Blackhawk Asset Management, Inc (BAM). A wholly owned subsidiary of Equity Research & Portfolio Evaluation, Inc., BAM was established to achieve a positive structural improvement to our company. BAM allows for a separation between its focus on portfolio management and strategy from ERPE’s emphasis on equity research.
The true spirit and intent of ERPE today, and since it’s inception, is equity research. That also best captures John Gardner’s professional passion: stock analysis and investment strategy. With BAM, ERPE’s proprietary equity research will continue to deliver independent, unbiased and prudent investment advise and optimal portfolio performance.
